SERVICES PROVIDED:
All Appliance Repair offers repair and maintenance services for residential appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ice-makers, ice machines, wine coolers, dishwashers, built-In microwaves (not over-the-range) , ovens, gas ranges, gas stoves, electric stoves, range tops, cooktops, kitchen vents, washing machines, dryers, and trash compactors. Our services include diagnosing issues, providing cost estimates, and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner. All deadlines and timeframes for obtaining parts and performing repairs provided by the technician to the customer are estimates. All Appliance Repair is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery services, suppliers, manufacturers, or any other third parties involved in the repair process.

Book All Appliance Repair
When booking, please provide your full name, contact details, service address, billing address, appliance brand, and a detailed description of the issue. Any additional information related to the appliance needing repair is also appreciated.
PAYMENT:
We accept payments by credit card, check, cash, online payment methods such as Zelle, and ACH transfer. All Appliance Repair charges a 4% fee for payments made with any type of bank card, including credit and debit cards, as well as ACH bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month or partial month until payment is received.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can be made at any time prior to the technician’s departure for the service address without penalty. If parts have been ordered and/or shipped to All Appliance Repair, a 25% restocking fee and service charge will be deducted from any refund. If an error was made on our end, a full refund will be provided.
WARRANTY:
Our services and parts come with a 90-day warranty from the date of installation. Some manufacturers may offer a 1-year warranty on their parts from the date of installation. To be eligible for our warranty, the appliance must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
At All Appliance Repair, we take the confidentiality of your personal and service-related information very seriously. Your full name, contact details, service address, billing address, appliance brand, and any other information related to your appliance are used only for the purposes of completing the repair and conducting internal record keeping. We may share this information with our subcontractors only for the purpose of completing the repair. Your payment information, including credit card numbers and bank account details, is not stored by All Appliance Repair and is used only for payment processing.
WORKING HOURS:
Our technicians provide services and make house calls from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM. During peak seasons, to improve the quality and speed of order fulfillment, our technician may arrange to arrive earlier, such as at 6 AM. This will be discussed with the customer in advance and an earlier visit will only be possible with the customer's confirmation and approval.
Please note that the office hours for taking phone appointments are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time, except on public holidays.
COMPLIANCE:
Clients are prohibited from using our services for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who violates this policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
All Appliance Repair is not liable for any damage to your appliance beyond what is required to complete the repair. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of an appliance’s malfunction. All Appliance Repair is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the use of the appliance after our repair. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the defective parts. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE:
All Appliance Repair reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the terms of service periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
GOVERNING LAW:
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of service or the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Nevada.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and All Appliance Repair regarding the use of our services. Any waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by All Appliance Repair.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ASSIGNMENT:
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms of service without the prior written consent of All Appliance Repair. Any attempt to do so will be void.
